Todoist arrives on your wrist with support for Android Wear

Todoist is pushing out another update this week, this one for Android users. More specifically, for Android users rocking Android Wear smartwatches. This latest update gives users access to their Todoist lists right on their wrist. Notifications relating to location-based reminders, collaborative projects or tasks will now pop up on your wrist and can be actioned right from the watch.

Of course, your smartwatch isn’t exactly the most input-friendly device, so Todoist for Android Wear throws in support for voice commands. It’s a bit of a mouthful in that, to add a task, you have to say, “OK Google, start Todoist. Add Task,’ but it’s a lot better than pulling your phone out at a red light.

There’s also the ability to choose your Todoist view (by day, week, or project) and send task lists to Android wear. You can check off tasks as you complete them, receive comments on collaborative tasks, and receive location-based reminders. Check the video below for a full demo of Todoist on Android Wear:
