Right on schedule is TELUS with the release of the HTC One V, an entry level Android that runs OS 4.0. The One V is part of HTC’s One Series – One S and One X – and TELUS calls this a “versatile multi-media phone” as it comes with some decent specs for an entry device: 3.7-inch display (480 x 800), 1Ghz Snapdragon processor, Beats Audio, Sense 4.0, 5MP camera that shoots 720p HD videos and Wi-Fi. In addition to this you get 25GB of free Dropbox space (only for 2 years). The price ranges from $29.99 on a 3-year to $289.99 outright.
