Rdio will soon be launching a completely redesigned Android app, much in line with its current iOS offering. It looks similar to the recently-redesigned Dropbox, WordPress and Vimeo apps it’s because many app developers are finally understanding that by using a grid pattern and the swipe-friendly APIs incorporated into newer versions of Android, they can actually make usable and attractive Android apps.
While the app will be launching in early February, we have a sneak preview for you. Please excuse the terrible sound, as we weren’t quite able to capture the demonstrator’s voice as clearly as we would have liked.
