Videotron has just posted a note on Twitter that they are having a network outage: “Une panne du réseau mobile affecte présentement nos services. Nous faisons tout notre possible pour rétablir la situation au plus vite.” In English it translates to “A network outage currently affecting our mobile services. We do our best to rectify the situation quickly.”
