Well this didn’t take long at all. The Android 2.3 Nexus S is available on almost all carriers in Canada (excluding Virgin) and officially went on sale on the 14th of April. Most carriers came in at the $99.99 on a 3-year term price and $499.99 no-term. Best Buy has made the first move and priced dropped the 3-year contract price by $50 for both Rogers and Fido. This bring it down to a low $49.99, but the no-term is still reasonable at $499.99. We hear that there’s also a $50 gift card being thrown in too.
Update: We thought the $50 discount at Best Buy was a good deal but sister retail chain Future Shop has a better offer. They have slammed down the Rogers Nexus S price to a low $0.01 on a 3-year for this weekend only. Something to consider and you can check it out here at Future Shop
