Right on schedule is Videotron with their release of the entry level Samsung C414. The good news is that this has a no-contract price of $149.95 so it’s certainly affordable (or $49.95 on a “reduced price”). This phone is clearly for those who just want to talk and text, maybe shoot a low quality pic from time to time. The internal display is 2.2-inches and this also has a 2 megapixel camera with video capabilities, Bluetooth and can hold up to 16GB with a microSD card.
