Poynt Corporation have announced they some impressive stats again when it comes to their location-based local search app called “Poynt”. They increased by 30,000 new users a day in February which led them to have over 6.4 million unique users globally. In addition, over 1 billion consumer queries have been logged to date over their 7 categories: Businesses, People, Movies, Events, Gas, Restaurants and Weather. The Poynt app is available for free on BlackBerry, Android, iPhone and Window Phone 7 devices.
