A new device has arrived on Rogers prepaid – the LG Shine Touch. This device comes with a decent 3-inch WQVGA touchscreen display (resolution of 240×400), 3 megapixel camera with video capabilities, WiFi, FM Radio, Bluetooth and can hold up to 8GB with a microSD card. As for the price, this will cost you $129.99 no-contract but Rogers is giving you a free Bluetooth headset also.
