TELUS adding more customer online support features soon

TELUS has slowly been making some changes to the way they are supporting their customers. For many months they have been active on Twitter @TELUSSupport answering various tweets. It also looks like they’ll be making slight changes to the support directly from their website. A notice has been posted that you’ll be able to search specifically by device, watch how-to videos and get notifications of software upgrades, service improvements and network issues. No word on when this will be released but TELUS states it’s “Coming Soon”.
