CIBC has released added another mobile app to their collection. The “Home Advisor App” is free and helps out BlackBerry and iPhone users make buying their home apparently easier. The app allows you to compare the properties you’ve visited by neighbourhood, get an average property value and how much it increased over the year, upload photos, get neighbourhood reports, built-in calculators to determine your mortgage payments and the ability tweet, text or email details of the property to your contacts.
