Google’s mobile ad network AdMob recently shared a stat that they serve 2 billion mobile ad requests per day. A staggering number. But what countries are they coming from? Google has outlined in a blog post that the “monthly ad requests from more than 190 countries, 17 countries account for more than 80% percent of total traffic in December 2010”. North America accounts for 43% which total a massive 860,000,000 ad requests/day. Digging deeper shows that the United States simply dominates because of those 860 million ad requests they account for 94% of the North American requests… which means Canada accounts for 6% (51,600,000/day).
