Bell is going to be releasing “new higher speed devices” on their HSPA+ network. The upcoming Turbo Stick and Turbo Hub will apparently double “peak data speeds over what clients currently enjoy”. That sounds incredibly promising but you would expect that these devices like any new devices will be rolled into a current monthly data plans. No so. In an internal doc Bell stated that those customers who purchase these devices will actually have to “subscribe to a monthly $10 feature” above their current plan. Hopefully the actual products are reduced in price.
