A Oakville WIND Mobile store was the victim of a being cleared out of 69 phones worth $18,000. The Halton Police stated the incident happened around 7am on Friday at the Wind Mobile Store located at 261 Oak Walk Drive. Apparently two suspects smashed open the glass front door and left with the cell phones. No word on which phones were stolen but it’s very convenient timing as WIND recently the Android-powered Motorola XT720… so you’ll probably see a bunch of new WIND phones on Craiglist, eBay and Kijiji.
