Unofficially, new fastest text message world record holder crowned

Earlier this week 27-year-old Melissa Thompson of the UK officially got her name into the Guinness World Record books by sending the fastest text message in 25.94 seconds, this beat the old record by about 10 seconds. Thompson used the Samsung Galaxy S along with SWYPE to write “the razor-toothed piranhas of the genera Serrasalmus and Pygocentrus are the most ferocious freshwater fish in the world. In reality they seldom attack a human”.

You think that’s fast. Check out this video after the break of the unofficial new record holder who smashed the time with an iPhone at 21.8 seconds.
