TELUS helps SMB’s grow with Voice Access

If you operate a small business and need some help you might want to look into the upgrades that TELUS recently released. You can now access and manage your TELUS hosted e-mail, contacts and calendars by using Microsoft Outlook Voice Access. (Doesn’t a BlackBerry, or any Windows Mobile smartphone already do this?)

Anyway – what this means is that you can use any phone line and a toll-free number to access your mailbox to:

– dictate, hear and forward emails
-manage calendar and contact entries
– access documents from any computer or over the Internet by accessing Outlook Web Access on a Windows Mobile-based or BlackBerry handheld.

“One of the top priorities for today’s SMBs is communication and collaboration tools. With that in mind, Microsoft Canada is proud of our strong industry relationship with TELUS focused on enhancing Unified
