After a pretty exciting (and strange) NFL season, the American Football Conference-winning New England Patriots will face off against the National Football Conference-winning Seattle Seahawks on Sunday, Feb. 8, at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
To the dismay of many longtime NFL fans, this is a rematch of Super Bowl XLIX from the 2014 season, in which the Patriots won on a goal-line interception. Only this time, the Pats will be without Tom Brady (obviously).
Kickoff is scheduled for 6:30 pm ET/3:30 pm PT, but, as with most major sporting events, there will be earlier coverage starting in the early afternoon. This will typically feature player interviews and panel discussions, since TSN’s broadcast crew is in Santa Clara.
If you have a cable package, you can tune into CTV and TSN to watch the game. If you’re away from the screen, you can also tune in via the CTV website using your TV provider login. You can also do the same thing with the TSN app.
Some of the supported TV service providers include Bell, Cogeco, Eastlink, NorthernTel, Rogers, SaskTel, Shaw, Telus, Videotron, and more.
Continuing with TSN, cable subscribers can also catch the game on their TV through the TSN1, TSN3, and TSN4 channels. If you require French coverage, RDS will have you covered, with the same schedule as TSN.
If you don’t have cable (or don’t want it), you can also get the TSN+ streaming service. If you’re looking to use it only for the Super Bowl, you can purchase the monthly pass for $8/mo. You can also get the current six-month offer at $32.99/6 mo, which is available only until March 31. If you want to use it all year round, the plan is currently $80/year, and it is billed annually.
The TSN app is available on iOS, Android, Amazon Fire TV Stick, Android TV, Apple TV 4K, Apple TV HD, Roku, and more.
If you prefer, you can also watch the game through the DAZN subscription service.
Usually, DAZN costs $24.99/mo, but right now its base subscription can be bought for $9.99/mo. The base subscription gets you UFC, major European soccer, and the NFL. There is also DAZN+ for $54.99/mo, which gives you NFL GamePass, alongside more European sports like Soccer, Boxing, Rugby, etc.
DAZN is available on iOS, Android, Amazon Fire TV Stick, Android TV, Apple TV 4K, Apple TV HD, Roku, and more.
