Koodo offering former customers $25/30GB 4G win-back deal

Former Koodo customers will want to keep an eye out for calls from the provider offering win-back offers like $25/30GB plans.

My wife received a call from Telus/Koodo this afternoon offering the $25/30GB plan, which includes the following:

• 4G data
• Unlimited Canada-wide calling and texting
• 1,000 bonus long-distance minutes to several countries (including the U.S., Hong Kong and more)
• Waived $60 connection fee

While maybe not the best win-back offer ever, it’s a surprisingly decent offer for the price, especially compared to what Koodo currently offers on its website. The closest options include Koodo’s $25 talk and text plan with pay-per-use data, or the $37.50/2GB 4G plan. So yea, $25/30GB is pretty good honestly.

It’s certainly a lot better than her current plan with Virgin, which has climbed steadily in price since she got it during Black Friday 2022. The $35/20GB has since become a $64/20GB plan thanks to expiring discounts and price hikes, so getting this win-back offer was great timing.

Anyway, if you’re a former Koodo customer, keep an eye out for a call from Telus and/or Koodo offering win-back deals. You might get lucky and end up with a fancy new plan on the cheap.
