While most Canadian carriers have yet to release their Black Friday promotions, Red Flag Deals users are reporting that wireless reseller Zoomer is already offering a special $36 2GB LTE promotional plan.
The deal isn’t exactly brand new — the reseller has offered this particular deal several times over the past year, but customer representatives are reportedly now offering the unadvertised promotion as a Black Friday offer.
According to RFD users, the plan is available only for new activations on a two-year contract. It includes unlimited international texting plus 400 minutes of Canada-wide calling, unlimited evening and weekend calling between 6pm and 7am and unlimited calling between Zoomer customers.
In comparison, the in-market $36 plan advertised on its website offers the same features with only 500MB of data.
Zoomer operates on Rogers’ wireless infrastructure and targets the baby boomer and ‘snowbird’ demographic.
