Microsoft has plans to add the option for avatars to sit in a wheelchair, according to a Tweet from the company’s head of all things Xbox, Phil Spencer.
Spencer says that a wheelchair avatar option is coming to Xbox avatars and that it isn’t “far off,” in a recent Tweet sent to an Xbox user, Microsoft’s Mike Ybarra also tweeted a “sneak peek” of what the new wheelchair feature actually looks like.

The avatars featured in the image also seem slightly more detailed than the current models, which could indicate a visual update is set for the near future. Avatars were first added to the Xbox 360 in 2008.
A revamp of the Xbox One called the Xbox One S is set to launch this coming fall.
