Samsung has just announced the SE370, which the company claims is the industry’s first computer monitor to include a wireless charging module.
When the monitor ships. there will be two models to choose from (either a 23.6-inch or a 27-inch version), with both including support for Qi wireless charging. Any device that supports the standard, including phones like the Nexus 6 or LG G4, can take advantage of the dock, not just one of Samsung’s own mobile phones.
As for the monitor itself, the Samsung SE370 features a 1080p, 1000:1 contrast ratio panel. The back of the monitor includes HDMI, DP and D-Sub ports. Pricing and availability have yet to be announced.
