Certainly not breaking news by any measure. However, following through on its commitment to launch new devices, Public Mobile — owned by TELUS — has launched the Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini. This Android is not new as it was officially released two years ago, but for the entry-level carrier it’s a decent addition at $119 outright.
As a refresher, the specs of the GS3 mini come with a “Dazzling 4” Super AMOLED
screen,” 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, 5MP camera, 8GB internal memory, and runs Android 4.4 KitKat.
