Public Mobile now offers a device called the “Companion.” This is actually a decent looking and they are aiming directly at the seniors market as it has big buttons and sports an “Emergency SOS switch” that gives you the option to immediately call or text up to 3 people. The display is only 2-inches (might make it tough to see) and is $89 outright. The Companion could be a good alternative to your home phone.
