Yesterday Motorola Canada announced that the RAZR V will be hitting Canadian soil sometime in Q3 (July – September). The timing of the release is incredibly vaque, but you can bet it’ll be available in time for the back-to-school rush. Bell, Videotron, Virgin and WIND Mobile will all be making this handset available and digging through a press release from WIND shows they actually plan on bringing this to their customers “this fall.” This means that it’ll hit their lineup at the earliest on September 22nd (first day of Fall 2012). No word yet on price points.

The Motorola RAZR V is an inspirational high-tech device that introduces customers to SMARTACTIONS™, an app that extends battery life and automates everyday tasks to improve phone performance and personalizes the consumer experience. At only 8.4mm thin, the Motorola RAZR V is remarkably thin, yet unbelievably strong. It’s made with DuPont™ KEVLAR® fiber with a scratch-resistant screen and a high-tech invisible nanocoating that protects against unexpected splashes.
“WIND strives to bring Canadians the best phones on the market and the Motorola RAZR V is a great example of this.” said Anthony Lacavera, Chairman and CEO of WIND Mobile. “There is no better way to enjoy a smartphone like the RAZR V than with one of our truly unlimited plans, which allow our customers to make the most of these features.”
