They will be releasing a BOGO offer starting on February 11th that when you purchase any Public device you can get the ZTE C70 free (usually $55). There are a few stipulations as you have to be a new customer and must pay for the first month a service on each device (plans are either $24 month or $35 per month). The promo will go until February 14th.
