Looks like Fido is taking care of some business and will most likely get some current clients upset, specifically those who were waiting to upgrade their phone.
According to dirtyj in our forum these changes are effective immediately and are regarding Hardware Upgrade Program (HUP) for their customers. If you’re an exhisting cutomer who signed up before before November 4th, 2008 (the old fido) you can now only renew within 180 days (6 months) from the expiration of your contract… before it was 420 days (14 months).
