This app might save a bit of time, confusion and frustration. Wysdom, by Toronto-based CrowdCare, has launched a beta version of its app and is basically a hub for all your smartphone and tech-related questions.
The company declares Wsydom “the world’s first codified knowledge base” that delivers answers to the questions subscribers have about their smartphones. Ask a tech related question and based on its patent pending technology, Wysdom searches its 1,000 parameters, database and your device — which they say “nothing personal of course” — to find you the best answer.
In addition, according to the press release we received, they are “working with mobile operators around the world to launch a white labelled version of the CrowdCare service so their subscribers have somewhere to get quick, accurate answers, anytime, any place.” This would be a great addition to any of the Canadian carriers self-serve mobile apps.
The Wysdom app is currently only available for Android (works with OS 2.2 and up) and will soon come to the iPhone.
