The latest firmware update for the diminutive speaker brings compatibility with the company’s Jambox Companion app, and adds a silent mode so you’ll never have to worry about hearing notifications when you don’t want to. If you are interested in such a thing, you can sync it with your Android phone to hear Google Calendar alarms and more.
Jawbone’s Jambox is a pretty cool little machine, and though it retails for a hefty $179.99, from what we’ve heard, it’s worth every penny.
You can update your firmware via Jawbone’s website, and download the companion app from Google Play.
