Rogers put on a quick demonstration of their Toronto LTE “Beyond 4G” network speeds today, similar to what they showcased in Ottawa. While their current LTE internet stick, the Sierra Wireless U313, recorded download speeds in Toronto of about 60 Mbps down and 21 Mbps up, it was another LTE internet stick that’s currently being tested that experienced even faster speeds. As you’ll see in the video this unnamed internet stick hit a high download speed of 98.78 Mbps and upload speeds of 33.31 Mbps. Rogers stated this next internet stick and potential speeds should be available this Fall. Video below
