Update November 23rd, 2023 at 9:41am ET: Virgin Plus has changed up its lone 5G plan, increasing the data by 10GB to 70GB total and turning it from a $65/mo plan with a $10/mo discount for 24 months into a $55/mo plan for BYOP customers (those getting a phone still get a $65/mo plan with a discount). The changes will sweeten some of the below deals that push customers to get Virgin’s formerly $65/mo plan.
Bell-owned Virgin Plus has gone live with its Black Friday promotions.
The flanker carrier is offering steep discounts on the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE and the Google Pixel 7.
Get the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE for only $5 per month with Sweet Pay with a $55/month, 70GB two-year plan (includes a $10/month credit).
The plan offers the first 60GB data at up to 250Mbps, with unlimited data thereafter at up to 256Kbps. The plan also includes unlimited Canada-wide calling and texting alongside unlimited international texting from Canada.
Get the Google Pixel 7 for $1 per month with Sweet Pay with a two-year plan.
The plan offers the same 60GB data at up to 250Mbps, with unlimited data thereafter at up to 256Kbps. It also includes unlimited Canada-wide calling and texting alongside unlimited international texting from Canada.
A one-time connection service fee of $60 applies to both phones, which can be avoided by shopping online.
Virgin Plus is also offering promotions on its 4G plans for customers bringing a phone. The first option is a 30GB plan for $34.
The second is a $40/40GB plan. This option appears to replace the $45/40GB 4G plan the company rolled out in October.
More details about the promotion can be found here. The article will be updated as more information becomes available.
