Quick and very informative post here regarding a new 2-day event called “Untether Talks.” The event is run by Untether and they state that it’s “two days with the brightest minds in mobile.” It’s seems to be a bit different than the regular conference setup as there’s 8 keynote sessions, followed by interactive panel discussions. Their site states that the mobile topics include Retail & Pricing, Cash & Currency, Health, Government, Media, Art & Creation, Social, and Education.
The list of speakers seems to be all Canadian and on the docket is our friend Amber MacArthur, plus Retail Prophet’s Doug Stephens, co-founder of iPhoneDevCamp whurley, and about 10 others. The event is happening in Toronto on June 26th and 27th and costs about $450.
