Love is in the air as Valentine’s Day approaches, and to take advantage of the large variety of love-struck couples preparing to spend hundreds of dollars to demonstrate their love to each on other on February 12, Uber has launched UberCUPID.
Similar to previous promotions where the company delivered poutine and puppies to users in select cities, UberCupid is a one-off experience. For one day only, the company will allow users in Montreal to send flowers, chocolates and poetry to their significant other.
The cost for delivering this kind of on-demand love starts at $20, and Uber recommends users take advantage of the service early, as “demand will be high and not all requests may be fulfilled.”
The UberCupid icon should be available for users in Quebec within Uber’s app.
