YouTube has recently developed a tense relationship with its video creators over changes the community felt were misguided or poorly conceived. As part of an olive branch to stem the aggression, YouTube has announced it will be releasing regular Creator Preview videos with updates on upcoming features to give the community a chance to voice its concerns prior to launch.
As part of its first Creator Preview, YouTube teased a new mobile app specifically for creators with a variety of tools to help them manage their channels. While YouTube has a dedicated app for capturing and sharing videos, many of the features dedicated YouTube creators need are simply unavailable on mobile.
YouTube’s Creator Preview was light on details, but the company did say more info would be provided in the “coming months.” You can watch the full video after the jump.
