If you’ve ever wanted to have Samsung’s first-gen smartwatch, the Galaxy Gear, then now might be your opportunity. While most retailers are selling the Gear between $250 to $330, TELUS has dramatically reduced the cost to a respectable $199.99. There’s no word on inventory levels, but the colour of choice is Jet Black.
One reason for the price drop could be that the Gear 2 and Gear 2 Neo were recently announced. Samsung Canada informed us that both smartwatches will be available in “later this year.”
