It’s not hard to appreciate how dutifully Bell is working to bring arguably the best Android smartphones to market in Canada. Last year it was revealed they would be the first company to bring the HTC Incredible S to market, which was one of my favourite single-core Android devices. They then brought the first dual-core Android device to Canada with the Motorola Atrix, which is still quite a beast.
But in July things are changing, with the almost-simultaneous release of the HTC Sensation 4G (released July 5th) and the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S II (coming July 21st). Check out the in-depth comparison video after the break.
For many it’s a no-brainer: on paper the Galaxy S II trounces the Sensation in many ways. There are, however, some subtle but significant victories one has to ascribe to the Sensation, and my video takes a look at the obvious comparisons: display quality, brightness, colour reproduction, UI speed, included apps, features and overall usability.
Check out our Sensation 4G review first, and then the Galaxy S II review for in-depth looks at the individual phones.
