Live images of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra have surfaced online. These are dummy units, but with January fast approaching, these are likely the final models of the device. These images shared by @OnLeaks (Steve Hemmerstoffer) showcase that the device isn’t too different from the rumoured renders.

According to previous rumours, the handset is poised to be the thinnest and lightest of the Ultra flagships, including the iPhone 16 Pro Max and the Pixel 9 Pro XL.
For comparison, the S24 Ultra weighs about 233g and is 8.6mm thick, and the iPhone 15 Pro Max is 8.3mm thick and weighs 221g, which means the S25 Ultra will be thinner and lighter. Other rumours report a bigger screen and thinner bezels. Lastly, we’re expecting to see a 50-megapixel ISOCELL JN3 sensor, a 200-megapixel H2 primary shooter, a 10-megapixel IM754 sensor and lastly a 50-megapixel IMX584 5x zoom shooter.
We expect the Galaxy S25 Ultra near the end of January alongside the S25 and S25+.
