iOS 10 adoption rate at 54 percent one one month after release

iOS10

Despite some early hiccups, 54 percent of iOS devices are now on the latest version of Apple’s iPhone and iPad operating system.

Apple revealed the statistic in an update to its developer support website. Apple goes on to reveal that 38 percent of iOS devices are still on iOS 9, while another eight percent are on an earlier version of the operating system.

All told, iOS 10’s adoption rate is slightly slower than what iOS 9 achieved this same time last year.
