Oura has announced the new Oura Ring 4, the company’s “most personal, accurate and comfortable smart ring yet.”
Oura Ring 4 is based on ‘Smart Sensing,’ which adapts to a person’s physiology to deliver accurate and continuous data. The ring also has recessed sensors and offers a titanium coating on both the outside and inside. It’s also slimmer than its predecessor and comes in sizes from 4 to 15.
The Oura Ring 4 offers up to eight days of battery life on a single charge and charges in two hours.
New features include an automatic activity section that details your average heart rate and heart rate zones for more than 40 activities. New ‘Cycle Insights’ show your ‘Fertile Window,’ which should help women trying to conceive.
Now, the ring provides more context about your daytime stress levels.
