Ahead of its official unveiling this week, the OnePlus 5T’s (OP5T) complete specs have been revealed, courtesy of ZDNet.de and Weibo.
Of course, we’ll see what OnePlus shows off from its New York event on November 16th, but the specs seem to corroborate earlier rumours.
For those curious, the leaks revealed the OnePlus 5T will have a similar design to the OnePlus 5 and sport reduced bezels and a rear fingerprint sensor. The spec sheet notes the OP5T will feature a 6-inch 1080 x 2160 pixel AMOLED display (18:9 aspect ratio, Gorilla Glass 5), powered by a Snapdragon 835 chip, 6GB or 8GB RAM, 64GB or 128GB internal storage, OxygenOS (based on Android 7.1.1 Nougat) and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The battery of the OnePlus 5T will reportedly feature the same 3,300 mAh that appeared in OnePlus 5.
As for the camera, the shooter will be upgraded to a 16-megapixel and 20-megapixel rear-facing camera, while the front-facing camera comes in at 16-megapixels.
In addition, a Canadian YouTuber also uploaded a reviewers kit of the device, which gave a glimpse into the cases and colours — basically everything but the official pricing in Canada. In terms of pricing, the 5T is expected to be on par with the OnePlus 5’s $649 CAD starting price.
As previous announced, OnePlus will go live with pre-orders on November 21st in Canada and the United States.
