Some renders of the potential successor to the Sony Xperia XA have emerged, courtesy of serial mobile tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer in collaboration with leaks community and website Slash Leaks.
The rendered image and video show a slightly chunky-looking device with design language similar to its predecessor, though showing a slight progression towards a more modern, curved look. It also features a 3.5mm headphone jack, a USB-C port and bottom firing speakers. The Slash Leak website further instructs that the device has a 5-inch display and dimensions of roughly 145 x 66.8 x 7.99mm.
The Sony Xperia XA currently on the market has a 5-inch 1280 x 720 pixel display, is powered by MediaTek’s Helio P10 Octa-core processor and 2GB of RAM, sports a 13MP rear camera with hybrid autofocus, has 16GB internal storage and stocks a 2,300mAh battery. It is currently available through Bell and Virgin Mobile.
