During the Microsoft event in New York City today, Terry Myerson, Microsoft’s head of Windows and devices, announced a number of interesting stats regarding Windows 10.
Since the new OS was released on July 29th, Windows 10 has been installed in over 110 million devices — which is a solid step forward towards its goal of having Windows 10 on a billion devices in two to three years. The strong uptick is likely due to it being a free upgrade for most Windows 7 and Windows 8 users.
In addition, Myerson stated that over 650 billion web pages have been visited with Microsoft’s new Edge browser, 120 years worth of gameplay, and Cortana has been asked over 1-billion questions.
