Fido, similar to parent company Rogers, has rolled out new, “easier to understand” paper and online billing.
Fido noted in a tutorial video posted to YouTube that “you’ll likely know what to expect after a normal month, but if you’ve made recent changes we’ll make sure it’s really clear with no surprises.” The revamped bill clearly shows your monthly bill cost amount and a summary of your plan details in a simpler table of contents, along with any important information highlighted at the top of the bill.
Rogers recently announced its Q2 results, which includes Fido and Chatr Wireless, and reported a combined subscriber base of 9.5 million. Its wireless revenues topped $1.9 billion, which now represents 56% of company’s total revenues.
