Fitbit continues to expand its compatibility with a variety of Android devices. After adding support for the HTC One, Moto X, LG G2 and others, the company has just brought a few more onto the roster.
Specifically, Fitbit for Android now supports all Xperia Z variants, including the Z1, Z, ZL, Z Ultra and Tablet Z. Because all of these have received updates to Android 4.3 (except, in Canada, the latter) integration with Fitbit’s Bluetooth 4.0 LE chip is much easier to implement.
Also added is support for the Moto G, which shipped with Android 4.3 but was recently updated to Android 4.4.2. If you’re a Fitbit fan — perhaps of the new Force bracelet — then get to downloading.
