Public Mobile has been incredibly silent since being acquired last June. However, the entry-level market carrier has added a new device to their lineup. The ZTE N861 is runs Android OS 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (probably will never be upgraded), a 1GHz processor, 4.3-inch display, 5MP camera and a 1.3MP front-facing camera, holds up to 32GB with a MicroSD card and is SIREN ready for their Unlimited music service. Decent specs for Public’s audience and network – the price is $199 outright.
