According to the 2011 census the population of Kentville, Nova Scotia was a mere 26,359. Good news for those residents or visitors is that TELUS has lit the area up with LTE speeds. The coverage map on their site still shows ‘future’ rollout, so could also mean that testing is currently happening. This screenshot shows respectable LTE speeds and coverage looks to reach most of the region.
At last count TELUS’ LTE network reached 24 million Canadians, or about 70% of the population.
