Similar to the other carriers, WIND Mobile has joined in the Galaxy S 4 pre-registration fun. If you’re interested in keeping up to speed on when the device will officially launch on WIND Mobile, then you can “Sign up here for the latest news and updates on the Samsung Galaxy S4” via their online form. No other details are given, but it looks like WIND will have both the White Frost and Black Mist versions at launch.
