LG shows off G Watch in new video, reminds us again it has a ‘timeless look’

LG is pressing forward with its wearable strategy, building up enthusiasm for the upcoming G Watch. The smart watch has starred in another video, this time a 53 second clip that states, “LG defines the smartwatch.”

The LG G Watch is one of the first smartwatches to run Google’s new Android Wear operating system, and should be available in June for $300. As for other specs, the G Watch is “sleek and light for all-day comfort,” sports a “metal body for a timeless look,” though the video doesn’t hint at anything specific under the hood. Previous reports indicated that there will be a 1.85-inch display, 4GB of internal memory and water resistance. LG proclaims it’s “ready for anything, anytime with a single charge,” but hasn’t been explicit on battery life.
