Last week, PlayStation revealed a special ’30th Anniversary Collection’ of retro-themed grey PS5 hardware inspired by the PS1.
In particular, the collection launches on November 21st featuring the following PS5 consoles and associated peripherals:
- PlayStation 5 Pro Console — 30th Anniversary Limited Edition Bundle (includes the 2TB console and matching controller, plus themed cable connector housing, four PlayStation Shapes cable ties, a PlayStation sticker, one of 30 limited edition PlayStation posters and a PlayStation paperclip) [only 12,300 will be made worldwide]
- PlayStation 5 Digital Edition — 30th Anniversary Limited Edition Bundle (includes the 1TB console, matching controller and vertical stand, plus themed cable connector housing, four PlayStation Shapes cable ties, a PlayStation sticker, one of 30 limited edition PlayStation posters and a PlayStation paperclip)
- PlayStation Portal Remote Player — 30th Anniversary Limited Edition (standalone)
- DualSense Edge Wireless Controller — 30th Anniversary Limited Edition (standalone)
- DualSense Wireless Controller — 30th Anniversary Limited Edition (standalone)
At the time of reveal, Sony didn’t confirm exact Canadian pricing or availability (we reached out but didn’t get a response), but now, with pre-orders officially going live on September 26th, we have a better idea.
