Multi-carrier wireless retailer Wow Mobile is celebrating its 10th anniversary with plans to broaden service offerings and expand to new locations.
The retailer plans to open a new location in Ottawa’s Rideau Centre and broaden the services it offers by offering things like small business solutions.
Additionally, Wow Mobile wants to venture into non-traditional retail environments, such as by joining community events at schools, festivals and sporting events to reach more people. Wow also wants to start offering wearables.
“As we look to the future, we’re excited to expand our services to meet the evolving needs of cell phone customers and our carriers,” said Michael Cioffi, Director of Marketing, Merchandising and Communications. “By offering small business solutions, we’re positioning Wow Mobile boutique as a one-stop shop for all telecommunications needs.”
Wow Mobile has been operated by Match Transact since 2013 and offers telecom products from multiple providers, including Telus, Rogers, Koodo, Fido and Chatr.
