For the fifth time in a row, Vidéotron has ranked as the top telecommunications provider in Quebec according to the Léger survey published in Les Affaires.
Vidéotron’s ranking has to do primarily with its customer service reputation. The senior vice president of retail sales at Vidéotron thanks the company’s employees for the ranking.
“We are honoured by this public recognition of the efforts that all our people are making in order to provide an exceptional customer experience,” said Jean Novak, president of Vidéotron business solutions and senior vice-president of retail operations of Vidéotron, in a statement.
“Day after day, our employees across Québec listen to our customers in order to meet their needs and exceed their expectations. Their passion for customer service is palpable and it is our greatest pride. This honour belongs to them and we thank them.”
Vidéotron has been granted the distinction five times in a row.
