Toronto subway riders can now access free wireless internet from Rosedale and Greenwood stations, courtesy of the Toronto Transit Commission’s T-Connect program.
The initiative to give Toronto subway travelers Wi-Fi access began in late 2013, when BAI Canada won a 20-year, $25 million contract to build out the network.
In total, riders can now connect to T-Connect Wi-Fi at 46 total stations, including Union, Bloor-Yonge and St. George stations. A full list of Wi-Fi-enabled stations is available here.
